For Friday and Saturday games, fans are allowed in 2 hours before the game begins. For the other five days of the week (Sunday through Thursday), ballpark gate opening time is 1½ hours before the game.
90 minutes prior
The Saturday night game we went to they opened the gates 2 hrs early. Here is a tip for anyone who hasnt been to Chase Field or hasn't been there much. If you get tickets on the second level you can enter the park directly from the parking Garage. They are pretty strict about that so you can only enter from the parking garage if you have level two tickets. The nice thing about this is the crowd is smaller. The parking garage offers nice shade while you wait. But that's just the beginning! Once you get in you will find the second level less crowded all around. Next, the floors are all carpeted and there are a couple great bars to get drinks and even watch the game from your bar stool. Over all, once I have bought seats on the second level I will never sit anywhere else. Some of the second level seats are padded. Level 2 also has an all you can eat section. It's a restricted menu but still well worth it if you tend to munch throughout the game!
2 hours on Friday and Saturday, 90 minutes Sunday to Thursday.
See previous comments. 2b sure...call ahead as there really isn't anywhere to just 'hang out' of great shakes 😎
90 min before first pitch
It really depends on the event. You must either call or go online on the website prior to each event and ask those questions. Sometimes it will tell you on your ticket.
Entry times very. I would google Chase Field to get times for different days or night ganes.
I think its 2 to 2 1/2 hour prior to the game. But I would call first.
