Carts filled a bunch of open spots in the parking lot and none upfront at the storefront so had to go back in the parking lot to grab a cart. Once I get in the store I picked out what I needed cut and went to the back waited 15min for an employee to get someone else to cut in then to find out the saw wasn’t working so I went a put all the wood back and then went to go check out sanders and while looking at sanders an employee told me I need to exit that isle (no please or thank you and came off rude) to grab something from the top shelf with the machine and I was there atleast 5 min before he even go over there. Overall horrible experience.

Terrible service. I ordered a pressure washer to be delivered which showed up broken from what appears to be mishandling. Definitely not a manufacturer's defect unless during production someone hit the pump portion with a sledgehammer. I called to have it replaced and they told me I needed to call the manufacturer for a warranty. Option B was take the time out of my day to bring it in for another one. They refused to deliver another one and take this one back. Still waiting on a call back from their customer service lead, been 4 days now. Not holding my breath!

It can be hilariously busy but the staff here is helpful they are great about returns when you get the wrong thing and there is plenty of parking.

They have kid crafts in spring and fall usually posted 2 weeks in advance. Ask the store. Kids are future customers
