Parking area south of the stadium has an elevated bridge and elevators. There should be handicapped parking as well. Call the stadium.

Not sure of valets. There is parking an indoor garage with an elevator to stadium. It's near main entrance, you can ask a police officer. I live in New York and was visiting when I attended. Should be plenty of parking.
In the back of chase field there are free handicap ♿ parking if you get there early enough. If not there is valets.
