I don't think so, I think the age is 3 & up for tickets. I'd say it's safe to assume no ticket is needed but the baby would probably need to be on your lap for the game unless the seat next to u is empty.

Here is the official answer from Chase Field... "Toddlers, 24 months or younger, do not need a ticket to enter Chase Field. However, they must sit on the lap of an accompanying adult."
