What level of the parking structure is the bridge on and can handicap folks enter there?

I believe the bridge is on level 3 and there is wheelchair access. There is an elevator in the parking structure.

The bridge goes to the Suns arena, not Chase. Chase is on the main level and there is handicapped parking.

Gary not sure on what level but I did see a few folks with disabilities in their wheelchairs, walkers and motorized chairs. Accessibility to seating on main concourse had great views of the field.
