In response to an answer above. The libraries do have the passes to museums through act one culture pass. The zoo did used to be a part of that program but have not participated in years. So no there's not free passes at the library anymore.

The local libraries usually have a certain amount of free passes as well.

General Admission Gate Price $24.95 – Adults (ages 14 +) $14.95 – Child (ages 3 – 13) Children ages 2 and under are free If you order online, adult tickets are $22.95 and child tickets are $12.95.

2 year old is free. Adults are 25 a piece, 20 with student id. 11 year old I think is 15. If you are on des then you get in for $3 each
