No zoo lights until Christmas and they are at night so u can see them. I was not impressed with Zoo lights :( hard to see animals and they just have small flat board animal cut outs with lights. Some parts are nice but I wouldn't recommend zoo lights. Wish I could because I love the zoo
They're only from November some time to beginning of January. During that time yes, only at night
Uh... night time is when you can see the lights... and I believe "Zoo Lights" happen during certain times of the year (Christmas, Halloween, etc).
