Hi! I joined the Zoo last winter and I have misplaced my membership cards. We are planning a trip to Phoenix tomorrow and hope to go to the zoo. Can I get a replacement card at the gate?

Go to the customer service and tell them tgat you have misplaced your card and they will send you a bew one and you will get a temporary one that will let you get in

You can stop at the membership office right outside the gate to get a temporary card or a replacement card! I think the replacement costs a couple of bucks :)

You can even get in the hour early. . .just be prepared to wait in line.
