How much actual hands on time do guests get to spend interacting with the giraffes? And is there an additional charge for it please?

When i went about 2 weeks ago they were MIA. ☹️

Not much in other words. We, as the general public, are not trained to deal with animals on a consistent basis so if you expect to cuddle up to a giraffe, sorry. No go

Honestly it depends on the day you go. Unfortunely the day I went the giraffes weren't available & there isn't additional charge for it!
