Is it possible to store luggage near the entrance?

I didn't see where you could.

If there is nothing in your luggage that will go bad (ex. food), it is better to leave it in your vehicle. Outside food is allowed to be brought into the zoo. In extreme temperatures, if you have anything in your luggage that could explode (ex. batteries, aerosol) you could put them in a smaller bag and ask the guest services if they can keep them temporarily. I haven't tried this, so you might end up just bringing those items with you. Again, leave the big luggage in your vehicle.
