What are they doing for covid right now when you go to the zoo

Ues, you are outdoors. But when people are trying to get a look at the animals they seem to forget about the need for social distancing. Hence the need for a mask requirement. There are lots of hand sanitizing stations.

You've got to wear a mask throughout the entire zoo and there is constant sanitizing of hand rails, doorknobs etc. Also most of the animal interactions are closed.

They tell you to wear a mask and will call you out or ask you to leave if you're not

Yes these are both good Mask are required. And sanitizing stations are everywhere. Social distance as best you can but its not easy.
