You are correct you shouldn’t be asked for an ID for aluminum cans in Phoenix Arizona but if you take other miscellaneous items like copper brass stainless steel electric motor and ID will be required Not necessarily for the cans on the ticket but for the other items now if you only take cans and plastic no ID is required
You should move back to California and stop destroying AZ. All you Calis trying to turn AZ into the next California disgust me.
