Phoenix metro's best-kept secret for pre-owned low priced computer and electronics hardware and accessories. If you know your way around laptop upgrades and repair, you could have a working name brand PC dual-booting Windows 10 and Ubuntu fully loaded for around $50. This is where I go to find home stereo consoles, LCD displays, soup-to-nuts in networking hardware, cables, power adapters, game consoles, hard drives, you name it! Fully working Desktop and laptop PCs rebuilt and reloaded with Windows, all competitively priced to sell and they sell FAST! The retail location is not open over weekends or holidays, so plan a long lunch and come check it out sometime. Selection updated daily and weekly. *********************** 09/19/2022 - It's true, Johnny moved on. One less friendly and familiar face, but other friendly people fill the space and are just as helpful. I still love coming here and as always, best pricing anywhere should they happen to have what you're looking for!

Update 7-13-22: Johnny moved on to bigger and better things but still my favorite computer store. Lots of things on the floor right now! Update 2-25-22: Still the best place to buy used computer equipment anywhere! Been coming for over 10 years and never a disappointment. Westech always hooks it up! Johnny is the best ever.. Always helpful and super funny. So happy they're finally back open!

I like it because they recycle and are very organized and clean

You can not only find hidden treasures but turn what others consider out dated tech into great hobby items or tech that is still very viable. The staff, Johnny and Nate are amazing, are very helpful and great to speak with.

Hi Steve, Thanks for looking into how to properly dispose of CRT monitors. We (Westech Recyclers) will take CRT monitors but we charge a fee to process them. As others have noted, they contain hazardous materials so we have to send them out of state to properly recycle them. Below are a couple of lower cost alternatives for you. If you are a resident of the City of Phoenix, you have the ability to recycle them at no charge. See their information here: https://www.phoenix.gov/publicworks/garbage/disposable#:~:text=Residents%20are%20allowed%20to%20take,Commercial%20or%20non%2Dprofit%20entities. Maricopa County residents have something similar but there is a fee of $21. https://www.maricopa.gov/3366/Accepted-Items-Fees If neither of those apply to you, please call us at 602-256-7626. Thanks Westech Recyclers
Hi Michael, I believe you are asking if Resell Electronics purchases computer parts from Westech Recyclers. The answer to that question is that Resell Electronics is the sales arm for Westech Recyclers so they source all their parts from Westech Recyclers. Thus, the majority of items that you see in our local store (which is technically Resell Electronics) is from Westech. There are some new parts on occasion as well. Regards, Westech Recyclers
We don't sell stereo parts. We get a lot of home theater systems, receivers, amps, speakers, and turntables, and all of them are offered up for sale in our store. These are complete units however. We sell computer parts since a computer is designed to be built up.
Hi Robyn, by "old box TVs" I believe you are referring to the old CRT style TV (the ones that look like a tube). We will accept them for recycling but there is a fee. We charge $35 if you drop it off. Residents of Phoenix can take the old TVs and recycle them at their Transfer Stations for free. Check out this link. https://www.phoenix.gov/publicworks/garbage/disposable.
Hi Jerry, First, thanks for being a recycler. Unfortunately, we are an electronics recycler and we don't handle plaques and trophies; we don't have downstream material vendors that deal those materials. I don't know who would recycle those items so I can't even provide you a lead. Perhaps someone that customizes trophies? Good luck, Westech Recyclers.
Just used electronics.
They do near DoD level wipes on media. Otherwise they would not have the proper permits, subsidies, etc to do what they do.
They dont buy cans
They do now, but it had been all cash at one time.
