There are several some like the Merkel and Vista trail are very short and could be done easily and under an hour. There are other longer trails that summit some of the peaks in the area which would be longer, 1-2 hours depending on your ability level.
There are lots of trails, and you can choose how far you want to hike, run or ride.
Witch 1 ? Or do you mean from the main road to the Parke ?
