they do have excellent fresh seafood, much better that most grocery stores. H Mart would be another good choice for fresh seafood.
Sometimes they have, but not regularly. They sell oysters in sashimi section.
There are oysters last time I was there, and fish is great quality, but you'll have to prepare it
It's a small store, so you're looking at homemade quality foods. They don't have beef as far as i remember and I'm unsure about oysters. Rather than a Krogers, think of it as a Sunny Mart. It's one of the best stores for authentic Japanese goods, along with Seiwa
