I’m trying to reserve the amp theatre and being told it’s first come first serve? But the staff at the park say I need a reservation when I call I’m told no reservation is needed? Please help

Actually it is 1st come 1st serve, but if someone has reserved it, then the person that reserved it will get it over you. I am on staff at this park. We don't tell ppl you have to have a reservation. We tell ppl a reservation will guarantee it will be available to you. Did i clear this issue up for you? We try our best to be very informative to the public

It's first come first serve, someone is trying to give you the run around. You may need to call the Harris County park Administration to get some final clarification.
