Nice place to take the kids!
Playgrounds are kept clean and maintained properly. When it rains though. Lots of puddles and mosquitoes. Dog friendly, with a section for them.

Great park! The dag parc specifically is amazing. Lots of room for dogs large or small. An open area for them to run, trails, a pool. Basically a dog paradise!
The BMX track is usually closed until later in the summer. There is a clearing at the end of the parking lot that is perfect for RC's. There's nothing in the way and its safe to view from a distance. I've taken mine there several times to tune it.
I heard there's a red pole near the pad that has a button you are supposed to push and turn it on, I don't know for sure though. I thought they shut them down because of contamination
Actually it is 1st come 1st serve, but if someone has reserved it, then the person that reserved it will get it over you. I am on staff at this park. We don't tell ppl you have to have a reservation. We tell ppl a reservation will guarantee it will be available to you. Did i clear this issue up for you? We try our best to be very informative to the public
So are the trails really closed? Signs are up, but people are all over the place.

No. There were, but they have not removed the signs.

Yes! Its 1st come 1st serve unless some reserves it for an event. There is already a class that meets there on Tuesday & Thursday evenings and Saturday Morning. Those classes aren't free. They just meet there
Can a child ride a small scooter at the park. Not motorized just a reg little scooter
Yes. There are two poles in the middle of the splash pad. Just press them and the water will begin flowing. It is set on a timer so it doesnt flow with nobody there.
