Purchased all waranties, then vehicle gets totaled. Vehicle has been paid off except for John Eagles part which is keeping us from being able to get anything else. Lender has called and sent emails same as I but never a response. Why?

Try to do your best to resolve without an attorney first. You always have that as an option for later. Cheers

This is offen the case it takes weeks sometimes a couple of months I suggest you contact a attorney to contact them to put a scare into them

They are buying time, to keep your money. Push them harder

I hope not! This is absolutely terrible! I've been trying for a month already and hubby does want to get an attorney. Someone finally called me today, but I know it's going to be the same thing. They tell my finance company to send emails to a person who doesn't even work there.
