Is it true there are no more shakes (they stopped doing shakes when new owner took over a couple of years ago, brought it back for a short moment, and then stopped again, ugh), and no fountain drinks (this is based off a review written Oct 2019)?

There were fountain drinks and also shakes when we ate there

They have fountain drinks (soda), not sure about the shakes though.
