I had mixed feelings. I didn’t like the comments made to me. I didn’t want the extra services they suggested. The guy said, “Well, I guess you don’t care about your car.” Then afterwards, I asked how long he thought the oil change would take so I could manage my time and see if I could go home and come back, he told me less than an hour. I took that as close to an hour. As I was in the Uber on my way home, less than 2 minutes away, they called me to let me know the car was ready. I mean I guess he was right, 2 minutes was less than an hour. Sweet. Lol… Anyway, a different guy checked me out at the counter. He was nice. He made friendly conversation and joked around. So.. overall, I think your experience here depends on which person services you. I hope y’all don’t get the same original guy I got. Probably not going to go back. The small shops around the area are nicer and don’t pressure you to buy extra services.

I had an issue but it was resolved because I called and communicated with the manager. I really appreciate Mister Paul’s concern! I will continue taking my automobile to be serviced! Keep up the good work! Including the staff!
