You can have dogs on the grounds but they need to be on leash.

I've taken my dog on the grounds and so have other people. (Not allowed in the buildings) Just make sure to have poop bags because I'm pretty sure there aren't any poop stations.
I seen someone with a pet when I visited so, I believe you can. Just verify with the admission/front office. They are very nice.
