Carmax is prettt good at screening cars and the southwest location is getting cars from all over the country in to help flood issues. You should try and see...their loan loan rates were pretty competitive for my aunt last week.
They do check credit but if you have bad credit and have at least $1,000 down maybe they might work out something with you and get the vehicle you want.
You will need some type of down payment with CarMax.
