If I could I would give 0 stars, the place is fine but there is an old man who spends his time yelling at all the children for any minimum, I understand that there are rules to follow but this old man is unbearable, the others are more or less friendly. I tried to call 311 to the city but I couldn't report him because of how rude he is.

The lifeguards got a bad attitude my son was caring his 3 yr old sister they started yelling at him to stop. I was trying to slide down the slide get in the middle get in the middle calm down ... I tried to play some music turn it off turn it off this place is a drag.... The energy is low and the vibes are toxic I do not recommend go to sugar land pool much better experience

If I could give zero stars I would be giving my exact rating to this place, very unpleasant the old black man, screaming and scaring the children, do not stand that place for 10 minutes, you do not enjoy anything here because of the behavior of the man who is there to take care, it is there to ruin the moment you want to enjoy with your family
