they are usually pretty good. there have been a few times where they got really really busy and had to stop taking to go orders.

I have the same issue. I have learned to call them at any time of day and give them my order and tell them a time I would like to pick it up and they do it! Try it

I don't know the answer, they seem to ignore the phone when they are busy. Sorry.
