It doesn't typically yield good results, but it is permitted. The Parkcenter Park, Veteran's Park, and McDevitt Youth Sports Complex are a few of the parks that are regularly stocked with fish in the spring and summer.

Go in at Fisk off of Capital Blvd and follow the road as it will take you right to the pick up spot it's next to the bridge that is next to the playground.

If you're referring to the off leash season, it's Nov 1st to Feb 28th. Otherwise, I think you can always have your dog there on a leash.

No, this park does not have an area designated for unleashed dogs. Dogs must be leashed at all times regardless of everyone else who doesn't follow the city code.

As far as I know, the shuttle bus picks you up by the raft/boat drop off at Ann Morrison park and takes you back to Barber Park to get you car. This was my first time there.
