Definitely address it with her supervisor!
Go back and speak to her manager.
Call the main office or ask to speak with her manager
Always contact the Manager or Supervisior first before you do Before anything else. #1 Just so they know what is going on. Do it in a calm manner! #2 Give them a chance to make things right. #3 If the problem is still not resolved, put it in writing with details and names of everyone that you spoke to. Ask for name of top person or owner and ask for address and phone number. BUT. . . BEFORE you call to talk to Top Management or the owner send in your complaint in writing with details and history of how it has been handled thus far. Send by REGULAR MAIL and copy of same letter via REGISTERED MAIL. This you way you have documentation of all of your efforts!! They should respond to you right away if not then call and speak only to top person. Hopefully it is resolved in steps 1 or 2. I have never had any customer service issues or food quality issues, and I have been going to this location since 1982. So it sounds like just a lone issue.
