Please don't construe this reply as an endorsement of the global bio-panic. On that topic, I'm firmly in the "Total BS" camp. However, to answer your question, I have eaten at the Visalia > Mooney Fosters Freeze at least 3 times since Wuhan Flu paranoia and insanity erupted. I see them practicing mask, gloves, no-touch, and surface spray protocols every time I go.

The employee lorena brown used profanity with me before closing the window after giving me my order. Poor service in this case. Also she burnt part of my order.
