We had a large Dinner Party tonight we call ahead made the appropriate actions for a large party of 20. We had One young girl who never smiled was very snobbish we had to ask for refills as she was talking to other servers. We did not receive bread

Talk to Harry or Maria the managers ' they are friendly and will take that negative experience and turn it into a positive one :)

It was just bad and that's sad we go there Alot and this young lady voila have made an easy 150 tip like I said we are a large Portuguese family and frequent there Alot . Well that just changed. When we called at least two should have been to help our table not just one and a bad one to say the least.

That's horrible and sounds like she took on more then what she could handle. Gotta work in a team if its more then 10 people
