Fantastic 👏.. I cooked my 1st "Successful " brisket I bought from here..it was prime and it turned out phenomenal !! Yes Its a lot of technique ..but good quality meat makes it way easier and a better chance to succeed !! Tried Serrano sausage , ham steak and some beef jerky..all were absolutely tasty..no complaints at all...and I like my stuff good ..lol..went by today and got a pork butt we'll see how that goes..the butcher at the counter was a real nice gal..I felt a little awkward asking her if she had a big pork butt but she new exactly what I wanted and said I do and wrapped it up 🤷♂️🤣..good folks here and I will go back
