I think one leaves as another approaches..they stick around for about 15 minutes. So maybe every 15 minutes
They are really quick! We missed one just unloading our suitcases from the car and another was already waiting when we walked to the shuttle stop. And there were 2 outside baggage claim when we returned home.
About every 5 minutes.
