There are multiple garages in between, figure out where exactly you want to go and the parking is $10 for 24hrs,and you can receive the $10 back if you have receipt showing at least$10 purchase from one of the vendors. Example,next to the M&M store theres a garage that charges $10 for 24 hr parking and they will refund your $10 if you make an equivalent purchase from Fat Burgers,Wal Greens or the Restaurant over there. This particular rate is pretty good because its centered on the strip and pretty cheap for 24 hrs,its across from Ceasar's Palace

Parking is very hard down there i did see some garages

There are alot of parking options, just have to be aware of cost and location. Try to find where you are wanting to go, and then you should be able to find parking area near it.

Park at any hotel and walk there

Park at a casino and walk there.

Parking is free at most casinos like treasure island, but you have to walk quite a ways to get to the strip.
