In my experience, the doc may be the best but from the moment you enter the assistants are terrible, super rude and unethical :::: fatal to answer and apart from that when they answer they are rude if they knew that because of us who request the medical service they have a job

The worst place for them to answer calls I was waiting my turn since they told me 6 calls before you, like 10 minutes when it was already my turn they told me that [due to the high volume of calls that I left a message from you and still never leaving it but They never call you back, what a lack of respect, it's better if they don't have a number to call

He does give vitamin b shots... His office is really busy and really long wait times...so I suggest to make an appointment when you have time to wait like all day ....

2 hrs and 25 mins waiting, even though we got here at 8.55AM just to be called in. Do not waste your time as a walk in it will ruin your morning. Call ahead of time and make an appointment.

Doesn't matter if you have an appointment or not, it's usually, 97% of the time packed. Even with an appointment expect to wait a Minimum of 1 and a half hours.

What should I do to change to Dr. Machuca as my primary physician? - I have FMLA. Would this affect me at all? - my insurance is Medicare Part B and Medicaid. Do you accept these insurances? I will appreciate your reply.
