This was my first apartment and I can say I truly enjoyed my time living here. It is clean, quiet and peaceful for the most part. Not much to complain about, only the parking situation is not ideal. Other than that, I would say it is a great place to live.

Apartment was clean and the 3d tour was 100% accurate helping me get an ideal of what furniture to get, the security deposit wasn't mentioned before hand as well as other initial move in fees.

Very quick response in bringing the dehumidifier. Trying to get the pans under the leaks I looked up and plaster fell out and into my eye. This caused a trip to the Emergency Room. I had a scratched cornea and that required medicine.

A lot of the one bedrooms around here run between 900 and 1500 that's all I really know though
