(THEIR TEAM HERE REALLY MAKES ITS AS HARD AS POSSILE, IT FEELS LIKE THEY WANT YOU TO COMMIT SUICIDE, UNREASONABLE SERVERS)they are here to babysit criminals and people with downsindrome, not real help for anyone else. I came here for mental health help, and the staff seems to be here just for the paycheck, they will pretend they are helping, but they have a really nice poker face, you will believe they are helping.

Do not go here. I was put on hold and they hanged up on me. When I called back asking about rescheduling options the receptionist gave me attitude. Very unprofessional and I did not feel welcomed at all

Do not have anyone or any place put your child here. They have the worst treatment, no sympathy, and hardly can be reached. If your loved one is here I suggest you get them transferred ASAP.

Because the place is located in the "hood" I questioned the quality of treatment my Goddaughter/great niece was getting. I am a social scientist and I'm very clear about marginalization that affects every level of the life experience for people of color- we generally get the 2nd best of everything. But my daughter/niece seems relatively content and everyone there from social workers to patients seem to demonstrate tolerance, kindness, and consideration 🤔 for her from the limited perspective that I see (no one is allowed to visit inside because of covid19)...but when I call her she sounding better and better and the social workers always return my calls and address my concerns respectfully...the only thing is that she's hungry most of the time but I know too that she has a voracious appetite LOL. I get an overall feeling that she's okay there and that she's in a safe place that's providing the best that they can with what they have to work with. That impresses me. I don't like the fact that I can't visit with her and see her face-to-face so that I can literally see how she's doing and being treated; I also know that covid19 is no joke and extensive measures must be taken as a safety precaution.

If they are in bad shape, do not want to come in, and cannot decide for themselves, you can call their ambulance to bring them in, they are available 24/7, just make sure you have some kind of proof (CA ID, driver's license, etc) that you are his/her relative. Do not worry, they have profesional help for all types of mental health needs.
