That depends on your house size. Six years ago I had All Service give me a free estimate. It was slightly higher than other places I called. I got financing through All Service (Wells Fargo). Joined the All Service subscription plan and have been happy ever since. Some things are worth paying extra for. :)

Starting at 3,000 and up depending on size. I use them all the time and have a warranty with them that can transfer over to the next person who would buy your house, or transfer it to your next home.
