Wishing I had read the negative reviews first because I had a similar negative experience. After bringing my laptop to Best Buy I was told to “definitely repair before replacing” & “take it somewhere local because it’s an easy fix and a quicker turn around time” (since Best Buy sends off all repairs). Being a business owner myself I love supporting local. I brought the laptop here & was told the motherboard was “almost” done for and quoted me over $900 on repairs. They then offered to buy the laptop off me for under $200. I was also told my laptop was “old” and to expect this kind of thing. I bought this laptop brand new from Best Buy exactly 3 years ago… When I picked up the laptop I was told they broke the battery putting it back together. He didn’t offer any repair solutions and blamed it on manufacturing. (but waived the $39 repair fee ((eye roll.) I feel super uncomfortable about the entire experience, wished I had stuck with Best Buy.

You want a price for over priced outdated I 5 by all means come here. Initial reaction of the place was that sort of 1 stars never will promote such a business to anyone that needs computer parts.

Great service & fast results, everyone was super friendly, easy to talk to. I highly recommend this place for your computer needs. Ryan, Kirsten & team fixed both my MBP quicker than their competitors can get me in just to "analyze" the problem. This place truly live up to their motto: where Service & Solutions do come together.
