I believe a membership is required..they have a "day fee" for non-members.

Pretty much anytime. I think the lap pool will be your only problem as there are only 3 lanes which means waiting for one of the three people to get out if busy. But if you are person who likes to share and the another person is good at sharing too then there could be more than the max of 3 in the lap pool. As of now i am not a sharing person in the lap pool.
Members can swim for free whenever, non-members can buy a day pass thats $6 for youth and seniors, and $8 for adults.
