Several people have drowned over the years due to the very strong undertow. I would not recommend swimming anywhere in Mcconnell's Mill State Park. Moraine State Park is literally five minutes from here and they have beaches and pontoon rentals, camping, etc. DO NOT ATTEMPT TO SWIM AT MCCONNELL'S MILL!!!!
No if you go to hells hallow and go to the water fall you can play in the water with out knowing how to swim we take our kids there alot and they love it
