So upset with the service department there. First the leave a lug nut off car. Then I take back and they put on four new lock nuts. Long story short go to take off tire today and they had to have used an impact on it. So tight the key broke.

All I can say is I have been going to Northgate Ford for years my family's been going Northgate Ford we've never had a problem with their service department don't understand
