We purchased our new vehicle on 10/1/22. This is the second vehicle we have purchased and could not recommend Northgate Ford more. Ed Woodyard made the purchase seem less and very easy. Alec in financing was a pleasure to deal with and went through everything very clear and in great detail.

Update, finally was contacted by dealer, should be able to get car back today. Only had to wait a month and 3 days. Warranty work takes way too long.

Write a letter to management. I did.

Frustrated with the online service scheduling tool. Every time I try to schedule a oil change, it always shows no appointments available no matter what week I select, so then I have to call. Defeats the purpose of having this online.

To operate you car on public roads yes you will need regular plates eventually the dealer will provide (at a cost temp. Tags). You willl also need insurance if there is a loan on the car full coverage insurance you need to ask those questions at the BMV

I had my car in last week for an intermittent problem, because I have an extended warranty they gave me a loaner car for the so they could test my car in the morning. My guess is if your car is under warranty, and it needs to stay the night, they most frequently will put u in a loaner or a rental car. Hope this helps. But I must note that I have always put in a vehicle when I really needed it. I think twice is how many times I really needed it in the past 5 years. I found a ride one or twice. No loaners for oil changes... Crazy if they did!
