I want to apply for benfits, but I am currently receiving benefits from Cincinnati. Do I have to stop my benefits over in Cincinnati before I can apply over here?

If you live in Ohio, you cannot apply benefits in Kentucky.

Yes. You cannot receive benefits in more than one state at a time.

I just moved to kentucky. But my benefits are still coming from Cincinnati. I want to switch them over here in ky
