On hold for over 2 hours . 🙄🤦🏻♀️

Waited 50 just to get my child off the medical case since she moved back with me. Stepmom passed 2 years ago and still had an active case. Then told me they can't send proof to my new case worker. Then she hangs up on me when I asked for upper management. Not my fault you don't like your job or to help people out. So happy my child and I moved out of Kentucky and don't have to deal with lazy people no more. My case manager now is so sweet and helpful.

I’ve been trying for over a month to get a appointment and noone ever answers the phone.

I sat on the phone for over an hour. When I finally got someone to answer they almost immediately put me on hold and there I sat for over another 45 minutes before they disconnected my call. You can never get through unless you call right at 8am. The automated line is repetitive and not very helpful. I find it mind blowing that you have to sit on the phone for 157minutes or longer and speak to no one. This has happened several days in a row. I firmly believe the workers deal with 1-2 people daily and say forget it. They'll call back mentality is ridiculous.

Call them u can do everything over the phone
My experience I went yesterday around 4 and there was no one in the lobby but the security guard and the lady behind the desk. And that was on 8/3/2021

You can call their 800 number or the local office during normal business hours
Go to the office, you can talk to a real person!

Usually you are getting the run around, however I know certain places are handling certain things right now due to the Covid regulations. Call the office in KY and see if they can mail you to form first. Sometimes they will sometimes they won't just depends.

The only things I'm sure of are food stamps and health insurance. The Welcome House in Covington can help with an apartment and such.

Not too bad if you arrive early...most wait times approx 30 min
Just go in to the office or apply online
Look them up online. Just like everything else.
