If you call montgomery county environmental services customer service they can tell you why you have 2 meters, assuming you pay a MONTGOMERY COUNTY water bill. 1 is probably for fire suppression or irrigation system. Call 781-2610.
No sprinkler system that I know of. Looks like one is a replacement and the other was just never taken off

Do u have a sprinkler system? Or did u ever? One meter is for your domestic usage the other may be for the sprinkler system.
