I have some people that live above me that stay up late last night they kept me up tell 130 am i have to work but can't sleep can i call the cops on them they don't speek English

Don’t waste your time. The Covington Police Dept won’t do a damn thing. Most of them are too lazy to get out of their patrol cars. Worst police district I have ever seen!!!!
