We do not perform septum piercings under the age of 16. We do require a state issued photo ID with matching last names and addresses. If they do not match, we require a birth certificate to accompany the minors ID.
They have to have a birth certificate social security card or school I.D. with Guardian or custodial parent or caregiver, power of attorney present to do any type of piercing before any money is exchanged or involved.
