I want to get a nose stud not a ring but do I first get the stud or do you have the items there. If I want something particular can I order it or get it from a jeweler.

Good afternoon Debbie & they have all of the jewelry that you need there but it will not be what you want. I have a nose stud which is called a bone. I ordered it from Amazon it is 14 carat gold. It is way better than the classic nose ring hoop that is very difficult to put in the bone is straight & has a little stood at the bottom of it so it fits through rather forcefully by after it goes all the way through the stood stops it at the bottom and basically plugs it in place so to speak. It is a great piercing to have but be careful when taking a bath or shower the stud will pop out rather easy because your skin & cartlidge is looser or Malleable when warm or hot. Plus as a added bonus on real jewelry you don't have to clean it as often as the stainless steel.
