What do you do when your so called “real” top grain furniture dye rubs off and it’s falling apart at the seams. Guardsman denied. One year manufacture warranty won’t cover. Havertys will only give you 75% credit?

How old is the furniture? I can't see the "dye" rubbing off from leather, it is soaked in the layers. Did you buy a cheap leather?
