Waited months for my order to be delivered, only for multiple items to come in damaged. One item beyond repair. Then the replacement parts are taking longer than expected to arrive. then the person who is supposed to come see if one item is repairable, cancels on me after setting an appointment weeks out. Just keeps getting worse and worse. I HAVE BEEN TALKING TO MULTIPLE MANAGERS AND NO ONE CAN GET ANYTHING DONE/ THEY "FORGET" TO CALL ME BACK
