I am impressed with Cool Climate's service their staff is professional, kind and punctual. You can tell that they want to be your go to provider for A/C and Heat Service. They were there when I really needed them during the last ice storm so of course I called them for for my preventive maintenance. My system uses an extra large filter and previous companies I called never had it with them. Their tech did. They seem to always want to impress. I plan to keep using them in them in the future.
