This store is wonderful. The manager Mark Fenstermaker went the extra mile to issue me a refund that I did not realize I had not received. If it were not for his honesty and research I would have missed out on a $2000 refund. My whole experience was fabulous!

Received it back in September but just started using the living room. It was a end pillow short that the guys that delivered said they would send out. The two man crew that came out said straight up that they were filling in because they where short handed. They put the 9 piece L shape pit group and the don’t even line up! It’s put together crooked! I have noooooo clue how to disconnect the pieces just to clean under. For what we paid for it , it’s a joke

I really appreciate a company and employees that are willing to listen and help you resolve your issues and Melissa did just that.
